All our packages come with free service monitoring and clients can order this service anytime.  Service monitoring allows you to monitor HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, IMAP, SMTP SSL, POP3, PING, DNS, HTTP CUSTOM SCRIPT, HTTPS CUSTOM SCRIPT. This service can only be used to monitor your main server IP address that is registered in our billing area.

2. After you place the order, the order will be setup instantly
3. You can view your monitoring service by visiting - https://www.photonvps.com/billing/clientarea.php?action=products
4. Click on "view details" next to Service Monitoring - Service Monitoring
5. On the page, you can manage checks, alert contacts and notificaton list
6. To get started, click on "manage checks"
7. Click on "add new check"
8. Enter the check name, hostname/IP address, check type
9. Near the bottom, please select "yes" for "Open a support ticket in the event of a failure".  This way if the IP or website goes offline, we will be notified right away

You can use this monitoring script to monitor websites or IP addresses.
