All Web Hosting plans include a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you encounter any problems with hardware/network/server performance or issues with support, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account or before the next due date.
Our refund policy does not include Domain Registration, Domain Transfers, software license fees (cPanel, DirectAdmin, Fantastico, Softaculous, Litespeed, RvSkin etc), Domain Privacy, or any addon services such as Dedicated IP, SSH, SSL, credit card processing fees and setup fees. No full refunds are available after 30 days. In order to cancel service, you must submit a cancellation request.
When submitting a request for refund, a valid reason is required. Refund will not be issued without providing a reason for cancellation and refund. All refund request will require a proof of prior support ticket stating the problem with the service (hardware/networking/connection/support issues etc).
30 Day Refund does not apply if you use the service to test your program/script and cancel when you are done testing. Refunds are only given if the program/script you plan to use is not working on the server environment. Please make sure that you submit a ticket to supoort requesting assistance if you notice any problems prior to requesting a refund. As stated above, we need to see that there is a problem with a service for a refund to be issued.
30 Day Refund does not apply to clients with prior hosting account with us. For example, if you signed up for Xen VPS 1 and requested refunded within 30 days but decided to sign up again after few months to Xen VPS 1, you will not be given refund. We consider this abuse of out 30 day refund policy. Furthermore, 30 day refund policy doesn't apply for user who heavily use the system resources (Bandwidth, CPU) and ask for refund even when there were no problems with service.
30 days refund policy will only apply to one account. If you have multiple accounts, you will be provided refund for only one of the accounts.
Refunds are only allowed if given the approval of staff via support ticket or email service. Any unauthorized chargebacks will not be granted and you will be blacklisted from our service.
Most refunds take up to 7 days but in some cases it can take up to 2-3 weeks.
