Network or connection issues with the VPS Print

If you are facing network or connection issues with the vps, please provide the following in your support ticket:

1. Originating IP, if you do not know what this is please check here: http://www.whatismyip.com
2. Traceroute to your VPS IP.
3. Time when this problem occurs, please let us know which timezone as well (ex. 5:00AM GMT-10)
4. Traceroute from your VPS IP to your IP.
