Semi-managed support is included with all vps packages.  With semi-managed, our techs will install software at your request, look into load issues, network problems, hardware/server failure etc.  
 
The following is not included in semi-managed -
  • Script or software configuration
  • Installation of third party scripts/software like Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal etc
  • Configuration of control panel like Kloxo, Webmin, DirectAdmin
 



Fully managed support is included if you order cPanel or Plesk with your VPS.  With fully managed, our techs will handle all server related task and configuration requests.  Following options are covered under fully managed support - load issues, network issues, hardware/server boot issues, package installation, dns setup, firewall, upgrade of software, security updates and more.  Basically, we will manage everything and all you have to do is create hosting account in admin area and update your domain dns to get started with hosting.  We also support account migration from cPanel to cPanel server.  
 
The following is not included in managed support -
  • Installation or Management of third party scripts like Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, phpbb etc
