We moved all our Dallas colo to them. Personalized support, amazing ddos protection ( tested ) and good network. You can't go wrong.
I've been with Psychz for about 6-7 months now, initially in LA, and we eventually moved our hardware over to Dallas. No complaints
with them and their team is very helpful
We have a few dedicated servers in their Dallas datacentre. The network and ddos protection has been solid for the whole month we've had the dedicated servers,
no downtime at all. Support tickets are answered fairly quickly as others have stated and any issues are always resolved in the end.
We are not using colo however we have a GRE tunnel with their dallas facility and their network seems quite stable , other than a few issues apparently
related to tunnel MTUs their connectivity seems solid enough.
I second this. I have 2 servers with them in TX and plan on moving one to their LA location in the next month. Good support good network
and they're very quick on setups and tickets.
